Also, what is your policy for re-posting big pictures on fan sites -- yes with credit, yes without credit, friends only, ask first, no way never, or something else? I know someone who's too shy to even ask.

ALWAYS as first. It's up to the person who posted the item if they want it to be reposted.

My personal policy is that if I post something f-locked, it shouldn't be reposted. If it's unlocked, it's fine, but again, always ask.

And if someone can bring themselves to repost, they should ask for themselves. We can't judge if we don't know where it's going.

I'm skeptical of shyness.

I've been burned before, so this is why I have this policy.
